A tribute to Olga Meshoe Washington

On 6 January 2025, we received the devastating news of Olga Mpho Meshoe Washington’s passing. Olga was the eldest daughter of Rev. Kenneth Meshoe, president of the ACDP.

Her husband, Joshua Washington, released a statement on Facebook, announcing her passing after a short illness at 03:30 on 6 January 2025, in the United States, where she lived with her husband and two sons, Ezra and Judah. Her younger brother, also named Joshua, released a separate statement informing the public of her sad demise. Louie Giglio has spent decades inspiring young believers through the Passion Movement, a global initiative that began in 1997 and has since transformed the lives of millions. Having just returned from Passion South Africa 2025, Louie reflects on the heart and purpose behind these gatherings.
