Whether as a result of twisting the Word for their own gains, cultural bias, or good old-fashioned ignorance, there are some Scriptures that most believers seem to misinterpret. Here are the top ten Biblical facts that everyone gets wrong…
This fun article, written by Jamie Frater, highlights ten Biblical facts that many believers get wrong, or misinterpret. Many of these facts were taught in Sunday School as children, and were thus simplified or altered to better our understanding. How The New Christian Left Is Twisting The Gospel
Peek behind the curtain of some “progressive” Evangelical churches, past the savvy technology and secular music, and you will find more than just a contemporary worship service. You will find faith leaders encouraging young Evangelicals to trade in their Christian convictions for a Gospel filled with compromise. The Empty Tomb
Pastor Dennis Loots retells the story of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. This article tells of the significance of the Resurrection, and how ‘useless’ our faith would be if not for the Resurrection. It is a reminder that Jesus is risen, and alive. In his words, ‘it is not just the way that we live our lives that affects eternity, but it is also eternity that affects the way in which we live our lives.’ Dennis outlines the three main reasons why Jesus came to earth. This is an awe-inspiring article that reminds us of the foundation of our faith, and retells the significance of what is often taught merely as a ‘Sunday School lesson’. This is a great article to share with the family!
